The State 9-1-1 Office hired TSSW in 2015 to collect and evaluate GIS datasets from each of the sixteen 9-1-1 Authorities for NG 9-1-1 compliance.  TSSW worked with 9-1-1 and GIS support staff across Arizona to collect evaluate and report on potential errors found in conforming to the latest NENA NG9-1-1 guidelines.  TSSW developed, documented and applied data intake, transformation and quality assurance processes.  QA results were summarized in quality assurance spreadsheet reports and reviewed with each 9-1-1 System individually.  This project has now been leveraged by TSSW to respond to the Arizona State Department of Public Safety  need for a bi-annual statewide collection and append process for their statewide 9-1-1 database.
